1. The warranty and validity periods are calculated from the date of the invoice. If the product experiences failure under normal conditions during the warranty period, it can be repaired, replaced, or returned as per the warranty terms.
2. In accordance with the warranty terms, you are entitled to free maintenance services at Egnite service support during the warranty period. For products beyond the warranty period, paid maintenance services will be provided by Egnite service support.
3.The warranty is not valid for:
(a) Failure or damage resulting from use in an environment not specified by Egnite, such as unsuitable power supply, temperature, humidity, altitude, or atmospheric pressure.
(b) Failure or damage caused by the use of non-Egnite original or designated options and accessories.
(c) Failure or damage resulting from the use of non-Egnite original consumables (e.g.,ion heads).
(d) Failure or damage caused by improper storage, such as rodent or insect infestations, foreign body ingress, or loss of product parts.
(e) Failure or damage caused by human error.
(f) Failure or damage resulting from failure to operate the product according to the instructions (including product, packaging, manual, or other forms of documentation).
(g) Damage caused during handling by the user.
(h) Failure or damage caused by disassembly, maintenance, or modification of Egnite products without written authorization from Egnite.
(i) Failure or damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, etc.).
1. Seller excludes any claims for contributory or induced infringements. The buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be the return of the purchase price, adjusted for reasonable wear and tear, or, at the seller’s discretion, the replacement of the goods with non-infringing Goods.
2. To the extent permitted by law, the seller’s liability for any losses, injuries, or damages related to the goods (including claims based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) is limited to the return of the goods and a refund of the purchase price, or at the seller’s option, the repair or replacement of the goods.
3. Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for lost profits, business interruptions, or any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. The seller is not responsible for any costs associated with installation, dismantling, or reinstallation.
4. No action, regardless of form, may be brought against the seller more than 12 months after the cause of action has occurred. Goods returned to the seller under warranty are at the buyer’s risk of loss, and will be returned, if applicable, at the seller’s risk.
5. By purchasing or using the goods, the buyer and all users are deemed to accept this limitation of warranty and liability, which constitutes the seller’s complete and exclusive warranty. This limitation may not be amended, modified, or waived except in writing and signed by an officer of the seller.
1. Validity of Warranty
The warranty is only valid upon successful registration on our website, www.egnite.com.sg. To complete the registration, you must fill in the warranty information and upload the original purchase receipt on the warranty page of the Egnite website.
2. Warranty Period Information
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
3. Return or Exchange Service
If return or exchange services are required within the warranty period, the user must contact our service support and provide the stove’s serial number to confirm the validity of the warranty. Once verified, the user can proceed to our service support center with the following items for return or exchange:
(a) Egnite product warranty certificate (which includes the “warranty label”)
(b) Original packaging box
(c) Any included accessories.
4. Loss or Damage of Accessories
Egnite does not guarantee the loss or damage of any included accessories, such as product manuals, adapters, etc.
5. Retention of Warranty Documentation
The user must keep the original warranty card or warranty manual containing the “warranty label”. Egnite will not reissue any warranty certificates.
6. Warranty Period for Repaired Products
For products that have already been repaired under warranty, the warranty period will still be based on the original product’s warranty period.
